Accessibility statement

How we think about inclusive design for this website, what we strive for, and how you can reach us if something does not work for you.

What this statement covers

A concise overview of our goals and limits—separate contracts and product-specific terms may apply to delivered software and platforms.

Our commitment

HXB is committed to making our public website easier to use and more inclusive for visitors with disabilities, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort: as we publish new content, update layouts, or ship new features, we aim to preserve or improve usability rather than introduce unnecessary barriers.

Standards we aim for

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, where reasonably achievable for pages and components we control.

Automated checks and manual review both have limits; meeting these guidelines in spirit matters to us even when a specific success criterion is technically difficult to verify on every page.

What we focus on

In practice, we emphasize semantic structure, visible focus for keyboard users, sufficient color contrast for core text and controls, meaningful link text, and text alternatives for informative images where we add them.

We also try to avoid relying on motion alone to convey essential information and to keep forms and calls to action understandable with clear labels and error messaging.

Known limitations

Some third-party services, embedded media, or linked documents may not meet the same standard as our own templates. We choose integrations carefully, but we do not fully control their accessibility behavior.

If you encounter a barrier on our site—especially on a page we maintain directly—please tell us using the contact options below. Reasonable adjustments or alternative formats may be available depending on your request and applicable law.

Feedback & updates

We welcome specific feedback (for example, the page URL, what you were trying to do, and which assistive technology or browser you used). That detail helps us reproduce issues and prioritize fixes.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when this statement was last revised. We may update it as our site or practices evolve.
