These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer or other protections apply.
Courts located in Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the website, subject to any mandatory provisions that cannot be waived.
